My Insights On Consistency
• Have an endgame for your life. (Basically knowing what you want from your life, before you d*e)
• Think in two ways. Divide your life into two separate frameworks. Rational and Creative. (Use them based on your needs, or combine them whenever necessary)
• Framework 1: Classification into clear, separate activities, systems etc. Best suited when everything is calculated. Rational Thinking.
➡️ Health: Daily food, number of meals do I need to eat daily?, what kind of food?, exercise, sleep etc.
➡️ Wealth: Earning money, cashflow, investments, financial education etc.
➡️ Relationships: Work-related network, close friends and family, parents, children, the other half (wife/husband/partner) etc.
➡️ Self: spirituality, self-mastery, character etc.
➡️ Etc. (Any other classification you want)
• Framework 2: Combine everything, flexibility like water. Best suited when things are unpredictable and moving fastly. Creative Thinking.
➡️ Think of your life as cooking something where habits and systems are fluid and not rigid.
➡️ When you don't know what to do, move fast and embrace change.

Three Questions To Ask Oneself:
1) What Work Do You Choose To Do?
Let's give a book suggestion.
If you are unsure about what you are going to do with your life, the above book may help you.
a) How To Earn Money?
In business terms,
If you provide something of value to others, you will be compensated based on the value provided.
The more value you provide, the more compensation you will get.
Think of solving any problem your target audiences are facing and help them in solving it.
Or find any need and fill it.
b) Vision Board (Planning The Endgame)
“Time and time again, I have witnessed high-functioning, top-performing men and women carrying a little goal card in their wallets that they can review during the quieter moments of their day. The card simply lists their top life goals along with clear deadlines for achieving them. The discipline of reconnecting to your highest priorities, whether they are personal, professional or spiritual, is a smart one.”

c) Health
I have asked ChatGPT a question
“Give me one way to improve my health
1) Exercise
2) Diet
3) Rest”
Here is the answer 👇
If you try this, let me know how it works 🤠
2) Whom Do You Choose To Spend Your Time With?
“Self-absorption in all its forms kills empathy, let alone compassion. When we focus on ourselves, our world contracts as our problems and preoccupations loom large. But when we focus on others, our world expands. Our own problems drift to the periphery of the mind and so seem smaller, and we increase our capacity for connection - or compassionate action.” — Daniel Goleman
a) Family And Friends
“Family and friendships are two of the greatest facilitators of happiness.” — John C. Maxwell
b) Work Colleagues
“Power dynamic operates in emotional contagion, determining which person’s brain will more forcefully draw the other into its emotional orbit. Mirror neurons are leadership tools: Emotions flow with special strength from the more socially dominant person to the less. One reason is that people in any group naturally pay more attention to and place more significance on what the most powerful person in that group says and does. That amplifies the force of whatever emotional message the leader may be sending, making her emotions particularly contagious. As I heard the head of a small organization say rather ruefully, ‘When my mind is full of anger, other people catch it like the flu’.” — Daniel Goleman
c) Life Partner
"Being someone’s first love may be great, but to be their last is beyond perfect." —Anonymous
d) Parents
"I am blessed to have parents who love me, support me, and guide me through life. I wouldn't be who I am without them." — Unknown
e) Children
“Each day of our lives, we make deposits in the memory banks of our children.” — Charles R. Swindoll
f) Self

g) How To Stay Connected? (With Important People)
I just asked ChatGPT on how to find important people.
h) Developing Social Skills

3) Where Do You Choose To Live?
Factors to consider when you are deciding where to live:
• Safety and security.
• Food and water availability.
• The way people live in the community; it's culture.
• Close proximity with the people we care and who care about us.
• Basic stuff like, school, college, hospital etc…
Final Thoughts:
In this world of unlimited information and very short attention spans, you need to focus.

You're right. Also, whole fruits are the best because they have fibers, which cause your sugar levels to increase gradually.
Processed foods often spike your blood sugar levels, followed by rapid crashes.
